By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use PunditJunction Learning, you must:

to access purchased course content for personal learning purposes. Access rights remain subject to these Terms.

4. Payments & Pricing

Course pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

All purchases are:

• Charged in the applicable currency

Prices may be updated without prior notice for future purchases. Completed purchases remain unaffected.

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

6. Learning Progress & Certification

Where certificates are offered:

7. Career Opportunities & Professional Practice

PunditJunction Learning may provide pathways to deeper learning and professional development.

Users may choose to:

• Apply to become a PunditJunction Consultant (subject to evaluation, eligibility criteria, and additional requirements)
• Establish an independent astrology practice

However:

• Completion of the course does not guarantee selection, partnership, client assignments, or earnings
• Professional outcomes depend on individual effort, capability, and continued learning

8. Intellectual Property

All platform materials including:

• Course videos
• Lessons
• Scripts
• Text
• Graphics
• Assessments
• Branding
• Website content

are owned by PunditJunction or licensed appropriately.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Redistribute
• Record
• Resell
• Upload
• Republish
• Commercially exploit course materials

without written permission.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Share account access with others
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems
• Disrupt platform operations
• Upload harmful or unlawful content
• Misrepresent qualifications or certifications

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

10. Educational Disclaimer

PunditJunction Learning provides educational content based on principles and interpretations of Vedic astrology.

Content is intended for learning and informational purposes only and should not be treated as:

11. Platform Availability

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

Termination does not automatically entitle users to refunds.
