Significance of Narayan Nagbali Pooja

Parents can perform Narayan Nagbali Pooja (Pitru Dosha Pooja) for their children.

    Can a brother perform narayan nagbali for a married sister if the husband is not ready to do it? Because the woman died of cancer in young age and regularly comes in ours dreams as if she is still in Pa in an is waiting for treatment.
